Another important step in this stage is acquiring certification to ensure that the construction of your building complies with the codes and regulations that have been set out by your local council. This certification is critical whether the building is for your own use or for sale. This compliance is checked once the building is complete, and if you are issued with the pertinent certificates, then congratulations; your structure is ready for occupation!
